Take a look at the private fitness studio available to Call it Fit clients, located in Hamilton Heights on West 140th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue.

The space can comfortably accommodate up to 4 clients while the squat rack is deployed for weight training classes, and up to 6 clients while the squat rack is folded away for aerobics and calisthenics classes.
​
In the restroom is a clean glass-door shower, perfect to freshen up before going to work after an exercise class. Towels and body wash are provided.
​
Downstairs is an aerobics room with easy-to-use equipment. The studio is equipped with speakers for you to play the music of your choosing!

Mobility
No amount of strength, power, speed and explosiveness can be applicable towards healthy living if the body cannot use it through its maximal range of motion. Much of what we do involves not only strengthening and conditioning, but moving such that you will gain strength AND be able to use that strength through every possible position of the body.
Strength Training and Muscle Building
Whether it is through weight training, resistance bands, calisthenics, or specially designed machinery, absolutely anybody can be challenged and improved! With virtually any amount of equipment at your disposal—or even no equipment at all—you can achieve your dream physique! Whether at the gym or at home, fitness is a call away!
Balance and Stability
Without balance and stability, no amount of strength and muscle will be applicable towards a wide variety of athletic activity, or even everyday tasks. From the untrained to the most athletic, finding strength through balance and stability will not only improve your athleticism and abilities, but it will preserve your body during everyday tasks and challenges.
How We Do It
Planning and Execution
Nutrition
Exercise for the purpose of general wellness should only take up about an hour of your day. However, nutrition makes up the remaining 23 hours of action and choices that will lead you to your optimal health. With Call it Fit, we will design a nutritional regimen that is calculated, holistic and, most importantly, enjoyable. This, along with exercise, will expedite your fitness journey and multiply your results, and impart lifelong knowledge about diet.
Programming
With the encouragement and supervision of a knowledgeable and motivating trainer at your side, it is surprisingly easy to push your limits, However, on the days in between training, it may feel difficult to channel that same energy. Call it Fit provides thoughtfully periodized programming for you to do on your own that makes each workout challenging—yet consistently manageable—so that you will always find the strength within yourself to take the next step!
Tracking
The best way to create accountability for yourself, and the best way to appreciate the progress you have made is to track your fitness. After only a few sessions of exercise you will feel a difference in your health through the quality of your movement and the growing ease of everyday activities. Nonetheless, at Call it Fit, we encourage keeping a ledger of your athletic performance and your biological markers to more clearly illustrate your achievements and trajectory.
