With over 15 years of experience as an exercise trainer, certified through NASM with specialties in Functional Movement Systems Training, Ben Raymond has brought undeniable success to hundreds of clients.

From all walks of life and all starting points, in one-on-one sessions and in groups and classes, his clients learned and kept healthy habits, each having gained a useful understanding of diet and exercise, thus resulting in long-term improvements in physique, health markers and overall quality of living.
